Batik is the traditional fabric that is typical of Indonesia, although now there are neighboring country that claimed batik is the traditional of its owners. But the world has been first know Indonesia as the owner of this batik traditional fabric. Now among government already obliges civil servants to wear batik fabric at a specific event, as well as high school kids wear batik on certain days. Moreover, among the people, wearing clothes of batik in weddings or any festivals as an alternative as formal clothes. We would like to present how the Javanese batik making (membatik). In this section we will write tools used in the membatik:
The membatik equipment has not changed much from last time until now. Judging from the equipment and how to do membatik can be classified as a work that is traditional.
1. Gawangan is a tool for hooking and unfurled when membatik mori. Gawangan made of wood, or bamboo. Gawangan should be made in such a way, so easily removed, but must be strong and lightweight.
2. Pendulum

8 Mori
