-Complete diet with grapes. Fruit, especially red wine contains many compounds that are known to maintain a healthy heart, including resveratrol. This substance has strong antioxidant properties that serve to protect the blood vessels in the heart and helps prevent the formation of blood clots.

-Adequate rest / sleep. Many dangers that can be caused by lack of sleep and one of them is triggering a heart attack, a wide range of serious diseases will threaten you when you do not have enough time to sleep. When you stay up or not enough time to sleep there will be an increase in blood pressure, stress hormones, lower glucose tolerance, and weight gain. All of these factors can increase the risk of coronary heart disease.
