How to Make Preserved Banana
Banana and plaintable are perishable and spoil or rotten easily. In center of production when harvest time there abundant of production is unmarketable .It must be preserved in such a preparation that we can find it anytime in non-harvesting season. Preserving preparation is required and the production can be marketed and transported efficiently. By preserving the banana is maintained it quality and can be serve any time beyond the harvest season.
Raw Materials and Tools: Banana: Banana Ambon, Banana Kapas or any variety of banana, Knife or Peeler –Plate or other storage
Working Procedure 1.
Banana skin is peeled, then a banana split into two or several parts. Drying by arranging the above winnowing or other plattened container. drying in the sun. The time it takes between 6-7 days. The purpose of drying is to reduce the water content in the banana fruit.
After passing a half done drying the bananas are ready to be fried.
Prepare the following materials: -Flours Rice and wheat flour, with a ratio of 2: 1.-Butter taste.-white Sugar,-Salt taste, -Kunyit or food coloring, ice-water, vegetable/cooking oil.
Working procedure 2.
- For ease of handling, mix rice flour, wheat flour, sugar, butter, juice turmeric or food coloring and salt into ice water until dough. formulation adjust their own dosage can be changed, which is important the dough is not too thick or too dilute.
-Prepare the frying pan with cooking oil. -Frying. Enter the bananas that have been dried in the sun earlier into the batter, then fried in the hot oil on the fire until cooked and dry
-Lift-after cooking and then drain. Packaging after cooking to cool the sale.
